The design process starts with phase one, a free visit to the site. During this time, we can listen to your aims and dreams, while gaining a greater understanding of your desired project and the space itself. This is a chance to share ideas, which can be helped by any Pinterest boards, plants, ornaments, or anything else you have to explain your desires. After the phase one meeting, you will be sent a Design Fee Proposal email and a written preliminary design brief for your approval.

After the site has been surveyed, we will create two concept plans, one in 2D format and another in 3D. You will be shown these to see how the garden layout could look. We will also create moodboards to accompany this process, including plants, materials and more. We will then create an Outline Plan as a draft to present our ideas, giving you a chance to request any changes.

After the concept plan has been given the all-clear, will we proceed to create a more detailed master plan. This will include lighting, level plans, cross-sections, setting-out plans, materials and more.

As the name suggests, this plan will show you where all the plants are going to go, as well as a Plant Schedule that includes the names, quantities, and sizes. The costing will also be outlined and a plant moodboard will be used to showcase what we are going for.

The design is now ready! That means the landscaping can begin. The design will be handed to the construction team, and they will build it accordingly. We work with experienced and trusted landscapers with whom we have collaborated for years, ensuring that you have peace of mind. However, you are also welcome to pick your own contractor.
